"My mother has always been obsessed with cleanliness. Every Saturday, we took all the sheets off of the beds and washed them, along with all of the towels. And I keep up with that routine today. One of her go-to products has always been Lysol Disinfecting Spray. She has used it religiously for as long as I can remember. For about $4 for a 6 oz. can, you can't go wrong. One trick we have always used is to spray Lysol on the mattresses and pillows in between sheet changes. It gets rid of all the germs, and makes the bed seem just a little fresher. Especially if someone has had a cold or the flu. Once you take off all the sheets and pillowcases, open the windows and spray Lysol. It makes a world of difference."
